One of the ways to finance your master degree in France is to choose an an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD).
The Erasmus Mundus joint Master’s offer is a study programme that awards EU-funded scholarships to the world’s best students for one or two years, regardless of their field of studies.
Students at master’s level from all over the world can apply.
An Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree (EMJMD), is a prestigious international study programme, jointly delivered by an international consortium of higher education institutions.
Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters scholarship
The scholarship is awarded for full-time enrolment and will cover the entire duration of the Master
programme (i.e., from the day of the start of studies until the graduation, approx. 22 months).
If you are among the best ranked in the selection process, depending on your choosen course, you may be offered a fee waiver and a scholarship of €1,400/month for the whole 24 months of the programme or just a fee waiver. You can have a scholarship or admission funded by you.
The monthly scholarship is 1400 EUR. The scholarship will be a contribution to the costs incurred by the beneficiary students and shall cover student’s participation in the programme (i.e., the student does not pay any tuition fees), travel, visa and a living cost.
The scholarship will be paid to the student to his/her back account, preferably, opened in the first locationof the programme monthly.
Additional financial support to individual needs of students with disabilities can be provided.
